Don Schlosser began as music director of Nashville in Harmony in 2005 after 17 years as a full-time church choral director in three states, and after 10 years as a music producer for a Nashvlle church-based publisher. Fluent in Spanish, he has also taught seminars and conducted choirs in Puerto Rico, Cuba, and Costa Rica. Don has written, arranged, and published choral music for adults, students, and children, as well as keyboard arrangements. He holds both a bachelor of arts in piano performance and a master of church music in composition. Don is the proud father of 18-year-old twins, Garrett and Danika, and Kevin, a United States Army Ranger.
Bob Esparza House joined Nashville in Harmony as accompanist in the fall of 2005, after serving for nearly three years as the founding director of worship arts for the Covenant of the Cross Church in Madison, TN. Bob studied at Rhodes College, Belmont University, and graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University in 1991 with a bachelor of science in piano performance. Bob has served as accompanist and assistant musical director for several local theater productions, including Forever Plaid, Into the Woods, and Two by Two. When not at the keyboard, Bob can be heard singing with the tenor section.
